Email settings for Outlook, Apple Mail and phones

The details to enter to read your domain email in an app.

  1. Create the mailbox first in your control panel under Email Accounts. Unlimited accounts are included.
  2. Use the full email address as the username.
  3. Incoming mail (IMAP): server mail.yourdomain.com, port 993, SSL/TLS. Outgoing mail (SMTP): server mail.yourdomain.com, port 465, SSL/TLS, with authentication on.
  4. Prefer a browser? Open webmail from your control panel.
  5. If sending fails, check the password, the port and that your domain points at Hartwell. If the problem continues, open a support request with the exact error.

Never share your password, a bot token, a private key or card details with anyone, including Hartwell staff.
