Company
A hosting company built to run itself.
Hartwell Hosting is a U.S.-based infrastructure company. We automate the routine so customers get service immediately and people can focus on the exceptions.
Principles
How Hartwell operates.
Automated by default
Ordering, provisioning, renewals, backups and recovery run without waiting on staff, day or night.
Never charge for what we cannot deliver
Capacity is checked and reserved before an invoice exists. If a region is full, you join a waitlist instead of paying.
Secure and least-privileged
Credentials stay server-side, sensitive actions are audited, and staff access requires two-factor authentication.
Honest communication
No invented statistics, reviews or uptime claims. Status and incidents are published as they happen.
