Connect to your game server
Where to find your server address and what to do if you cannot connect.
- Open your Hartwell dashboard, choose your server and copy the address shown under "Connect to".
- In your game, add a server using exactly that address, including the port after the colon.
- If the game cannot connect, check the status at the top of your server page. A server that is Setting up, Suspended or offline cannot be joined.
- If it shows Active but offline, open the control panel from the dashboard and press Start.
- Check the network status page in case there is a known issue.
Never share your password, a bot token, a private key or card details with anyone, including Hartwell staff.
